Chandler

Chandler is our sugar-addicted 6 year old. (We sometimes call him Chanyaaaaaah which is a nickname given to him during his power ranger loving days.) If given a choice he would survive on preservatives alone and would redesign the food pyramid to include all things sugar. I mention these things so you can fully appreciate the photos below.

The classroom Christmas party had a lovely cake depicting the manger scene.Chandler salivated with joy as he anticipated the piece he would receive.



To his great dismay, he happened to receive the piece with the baby Jesus on it. I watched him struggle internally over exactly how he was supposed to bite into the head of baby Jesus.


My baby Jesus loving child could not bring himself to do it.
